Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL) – Talent Scouting Process

The Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL) is a structured, high-performance platform designed to discover and nurture India's next generation of cricketing stars. Below is the detailed breakdown of the initial phase:

STEP 1: Registration & Trial Process

🔹 Eligibility & Age Categories We welcome talent across various age groups. Players can register for the following categories:

• Junior: Under-14 (U14) & Under-16 (U16)

• Youth: Under-19 (U19)

• Senior: Under-23 (U23) & Above-25 (A25)

🔹 Trial Details: The Scouting Grind

• Skill Assessment: Every player will be tested through an intensive 18 to 20 ball gameplay session, combined with professional fitness evaluations and specialized fielding drills.

• Professional Supervision: Trials are conducted under the expert eyes of BCCI-qualified coaches and experienced RBCL management.

• Selection Criteria: Shortlisting is done purely on merit, performance, and future potential. No external influence is entertained.

• Results: Selected players will be notified via their registered Email, SMS, and our official Social Media handles.

🔹 Registration Process

• Fee: Rs. 599 (Non-refundable).

• How to Apply: Registration is only valid through our official website.

• Note: Please ensure you carry your original age-proof documents during the trials.

Phase 2 – Selection League Matches

🔹 Option 1: T20 & T10 Format

Players are guaranteed:

• 3 competitive T20 matches

• 1 exciting T10 match
  All matches will be played within the player’s respective age group.

🔹 Option 2: 25-Over Format

Players are guaranteed:

• 3 competitive 25-over matches, designed to provide extended game time and enhanced performance opportunities.

• All matches will be conducted at recognized  professional cricket grounds.

• League Fee

  ₹6,999 (Payable online) 

• Selection Criteria

1. Batsman

• Target: Minimum 125 to 130 runs.

• Key Metric: Must maintain a strong strike rate throughout the innings.

2. Bowler

• Target: At least 9–10 wickets.

• Key Metric: Must demonstrate an impressive economy rate (controlling the flow of runs).

3. All-rounder

• Target: Minimum 75 to 80 runs + 5 wickets.

• Key Metric: Requires a balanced performance in both departments.

4. Wicketkeeper-Batsman

• Target: At least 95 to 100 runs.

• Key Metric: Scoring ability combined with clean glovework behind the stumps.

Note: These benchmarks are designed to identify consistency and match-winning capabilities in the 50-over format.

STEP.  3 State League match. 

• State League Progression: Only players meeting the initial league criteria will advance to the State League.

• Match Format: State matches will be played in a 50-Over (ODI) setting to test professional endurance.

• Merit-Based Selection: Entry to the National League is strictly based on achieving the targets mentioned above.

• Nominal Fees: 999 ( For   Dress ) State League participation involves a minimal fee to ensure accessibility for all talented cricketers.

National League Selection Criteria (Targets)

To be shortlisted for the National League or specialized Training Camps, players must successfully achieve the following cumulative performance targets (Total of League + State matches):

• Batsman: 200 to 210 Runs

• Bowler: 13 to 15 Wickets

• Wicketkeeper-Batsman: 150 to 180 Runs

• All-Rounder: 150 Runs and 9 Wickets

Note: Selection for the National League is strictly merit-based and depends entirely on your hard work and achieving the targets mentioned above.
