RBCL Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Recipient: All payments made for the Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL) are processed by Shivay Sports Management Pvt Ltd, Bravi Sports Management Pvt Ltd, or their authorized bank accounts.

Non-Refundable Policy: Please be advised that the Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL) maintains a strict Non-Refundable Payment Policy.

• No Cancellations: Once a player has registered and the payment is processed, cancellation of the registration is not permitted.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds of any value at any stage of the event, trials, or league matches.

• Uniform Application: This policy applies equally and strictly to every player, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or inability to participate (including injury, personal reasons, or scheduling conflicts).

By proceeding with the payment, the player/guardian acknowledges and accepts that the fee is final and non-refundable.

The RBCL policy is very strict and follows a "Zero Refund" approach:

1. Strictly Non-Refundable: Once the fee (Registration or League fee) is paid, it cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

2. Uniformity: The league applies this rule to every player without exception to maintain "integrity and equality."

3. Resource Allocation: They justify the policy by stating that funds are immediately invested into organizing trials, booking venues, and arranging equipment.

4. No Exceptions for Personal Issues: Whether it is a medical emergency, injury, or educational conflict, the payment is considered final and forfeited if you don't attend.
