1. General Overview This Non-Refundable Payment Policy governs all transactions made to Shivay Sports Management Pvt Ltd, Bravi Sports Management Pvt Ltd, and any other authorized accounts associated with the Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL). By completing your registration and making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. All Sales Are Final All payments made for registration, trials, kits, or league participation are strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is processed, the payer is not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange of any value at any stage of the event.

3. Scope of Policy This policy applies uniformly to all participants regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of Mind: Decisions to withdraw from the league after payment.

  • Personal Reasons: Inability to attend due to exams, travel, or family commitments.

  • Medical Issues: Absences due to illness or physical injury.

  • Disqualification: Removal from the league due to disciplinary issues or code of conduct violations.

4. No Cancellations Cancellation of registration is not an option at RBCL. Because the league incurs immediate administrative costs, venue booking fees, and equipment expenses upon your registration, we cannot offer a cancellation window.

5. Force Majeure (Weather & Unforeseen Events) In the event of matches being delayed or canceled due to rain, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, RBCL will attempt to reschedule. However, no refunds will be issued for such disruptions.

6. Equal Treatment To maintain the integrity of our organization and fairness to all players, this policy is applied strictly and equally. No exceptions will be made for individual cases to ensure an equitable approach for every registered participant.
