RBCL Payment Policy
Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL)
Effective for all registrations, trials, tournaments, and related services conducted by RBCL.
1. Authorized Payment Methods
Participants may make payments to RBCL only through the payment methods officially communicated by RBCL, including:
- Official UPI ID or QR Code
- Official Payment Link
- Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Other digital payment methods authorized by RBCL or its authorized representatives
Participants are advised not to make payments to any unofficial account or individual claiming to represent RBCL without proper authorization.
2. Confirmation of Registration
Registration shall be considered valid and confirmed only after:
- Successful receipt of payment by RBCL, and
- Verification of the transaction by RBCL.
RBCL reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration where payment cannot be verified.
3. Payment Receipt
Participants should preserve their transaction ID, UTR number, payment screenshot, or receipt until the completion of the event. RBCL may request these details for verification.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by RBCL, all registration, trial, and processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully received.
No refund shall ordinarily be provided due to:
- Voluntary cancellation by the participant;
- Failure to attend the trial or event;
- Incorrect information provided during registration;
- Change of personal plans or circumstances.
5. Schedule or Venue Changes
RBCL reserves the right to modify the date, venue, timing, event format, or schedule due to operational, administrative, technical, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Such modifications shall not, by themselves, create an entitlement to a refund.
6. Fraud Prevention
RBCL may verify the identity of the payer and the authenticity of the transaction. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed payment may result in suspension or cancellation of registration and may be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
7. Compliance
All payments are subject to applicable Indian laws, banking regulations, and the terms of the payment service providers used for processing transactions. RBCL, being operated by a private limited company, maintains financial records and processes transactions in accordance with applicable legal and accounting requirements.
8. Final Acceptance
By making payment to RBCL, the participant confirms that they have:
- Read and understood this Payment Policy;
- Agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions of RBCL; and
- Accepted that the payment is made voluntarily through an authorized payment channel.
Important Notice
Payments should be made only to the official bank account, QR code, UPI ID, or payment link provided by RBCL or its authorized representative. Once a payment is successfully received by RBCL, it is generally final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or RBCL expressly approves a refund.
Note: It is generally advisable to avoid absolute statements such as "no refund under any circumstances." Under Indian consumer protection and contract law, refunds may sometimes be required by law or ordered by a competent authority. The wording above is more legally robust for a private limited company.
